Miss Meow was founded by Nadine Salman, a girl who loved pets since she was as little as 5 years old. Growing up with pets all her life, Nadine moved to Dubai around 2005, bringing her beloved cats along. However, she quickly realized that the grooming services available in Dubai were often subpar. Her cats were mistreated, suffered from fungal infections, and appointments were frequently delayed. This led Nadine to believe that Dubai needed a quality grooming service—one that every pet in the city deserved.

Determined to make a change, Nadine flew to London and enrolled in a cat grooming school. There, she studied grooming in-depth, learning about pet types, fur types, age, health, breed, and hygiene processes. Armed with this knowledge, she returned to Dubai and launched Miss Meow in 2015, building the brand on the love and passion she had for animals.

From the beginning, Nadine hired groomers who shared her dedication to detail and the care required for grooming. Slowly but surely, Miss Meow grew into a reputable brand, catering to tens, then hundreds, and now thousands of pets across Dubai and other emirates such as Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Al Ain, and Fujairah.

Throughout the past eight years, Miss Meow has also supported rescued pets, continually learning about the importance of grooming, especially in the hot climate. The company focuses on the hazards of grooming, the dos and don’ts, such as playing relaxing music, being punctual, effective communication with clients, and taking immediate action on feedback to improve their services.

Miss Meow stands by an ethical approach to grooming, using only the best quality products and concentrating on quality. They have clients who have been with them since the early years, and loyalty is highly valued.
